Charming Victorian Salon available to hire for a wide variety of events including meetings and workshops, talks and live music, birthday parties, wedding receptions and other special celebrations.
Tea Room Private Hire Rates:
Evening, room rental only – £23 per hour
Evening, with staffed bar – £39 per hour, minimum three hours
Cold buffet – please contact us for prices per head
Full day private rental – please get in touch to discuss your requirements

Meetings/groups £20 per hour
Up to 10 people board room style
Up to 16 people lecture style
Large screen TV available in studio. PA and microphone included in standard hire fee.
Administration Fee £50.00 per booking, if applicable
Our administration fee will only apply to any bookings that require us to advertise or promote an event on behalf of the organiser. This may include printing and distributing of flyers or posters; printing and or selling of tickets including the use of our card machine; setting up equipment, promotion via our social media accounts and sending to our mailing lists.
